Great question! Well, since we are focusing on training young professionals with 0 – 5 years of working experience, we are looking for professionals with 6 – 12 years of working experience.
More precisely, we need professionals with experience in one of the following specializations: M&A, Valuation Services, Private Equity, Financing (ECM / DCM), Due Diligence (financial / commercial / operational), Commercial Banking, Treasury Services, Financial Modeling, Investment Management, Equity Research, Sales & Trading, Related Tax Advisory or Related Legal Advisory.

While you provide a priceless contribution to the budding careers of young professionals aspiring to gain your skill set; you can personally market yourself, as well as polish up your skills through teaching. That’s not all though…
You will also get a 25% share of the revenues generated from your course. We always reserve 25% of our subscription revenues for the trainers. We allocate this based on the share of enrollments in your course(s) each month.
For example, if you had 5% of enrollments in a month, and the subscription revenue in that month amounted to €400K, you'd get 5% of €100K, or €5K, set aside for that month. The revenue shares are paid quarterly, accompanied by a detailed enrollment overview.
Postinitial’s courses are short (60 – 90 min.) and teach young professionals practical corporate finance skills that they can immediately apply in their day-to-day work. Typically, the course content cannot be found in a textbook or an academic course. Each micro-course covers a single element and is structured in a number of short videos, quizzes, a case study and an exam. The content is based on what you can learn from experience. The more practical the better!
We appreciate that you already have a very demanding job. Therefore the whole course development process is designed to limit your time investment to not more than 25 hours to build the entire course, and the time from idea to release to not more than 8 weeks.
Your first step should be to think of a suitable subject for a course and complete the course set-up, which you can find here. Remember the course should take approximately 60 – 90 min. to complete, including the quizzes, case study and exam. Once you have completed the course set-up you can submit it to email@example.com, and we will get back to you within 24hours.
Next, prepare the slides, quizzes, short case study, exam questions and recording of your course using a voice recorder or film and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we have received the materials, we will review them for potential instructional design improvements and transform your recordings into a neat script with the help of our professional instructional designers and screenwriters. When we are complete with this, we then send the result back to you for final approval. This workflow will take approximately two weeks.
After your approval of the final draft, the course is produced using professional actors, voice-overs and animation experts, which also takes approximately two weeks.
Once the course is ready, we run it through our test panel which consists of a combination of senior and junior professionals. They double-check everything to ensure smooth running and resolve any unfortunate errors. Testing takes approximately one week.
Finally, the comments from the testing panel are reviewed and incorporated into the course. After your final approval, your course is released on Postinial and our knowledge hungry young professionals can start enjoying the course, while you start earning money!
We believe in the power of the crowd and reason that the key to the long-term success of your course is continually updating it with the latest insights. Therefore, we do not stop after the release. Courses are reviewed at least once a year by our expert board and are completely refurbished (new videos, animations, etc.) at least once every two years.
The ownership rights of the provided content remain with you forever. After an exclusivity period of one year you are free to offer the same content else where. Postinial will retain an indefinite license to use your content, for which you, of course, receive an indeterminate revenue share.
